Digital Goods

Digital goods, including but not limited to downloadable files such as .schem, .schematic, .nbt files, 3D models, textures, and access to tutorials on game mods, building, and redstone mechanics, are non-refundable once downloaded or if more than 31 days have passed since the purchase date. Due to the intangible and easily replicable nature of digital products, refunds are not granted under these circumstances to prevent abuse and protect intellectual property rights.

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues (e.g., file corruption or download failure) if reported within 31 days of purchase. To request an exception, please provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

Physical Goods

For physical goods purchased through our Site, you may request a return and refund within 7 days of receiving the item, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees.

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
